Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the operation of the Workshop; parts department and Service Reception ensuring:
There is an efficient flow of authorised work through the workshop;
Quality workmanship;
All relevant documentation is completed accurately.
Responsible for attainment of set targets and KPI’s of the workshop
Build and develop customer relationships through the provision of excellent customer service, ensuring customer needs are being met, and services are developed to meet the future needs of the customer;
Management and analysis of the workshop’s operating costs, expenditure and budget;
Monitor the workshop’s pricing and discounts to ensure that they meet the established level;
Participate in and initiate active and effective marketing of the workshop’s services;
Liaise with Parts department to ensure parts availability and ensure service exchange and warranty parts procedures are adhered to.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualified Technician with Trade Test Qualification;
Previous experience in workshop management and operations with sound knowledge of the heavy vehicle industry is essential;
Previous supervisory experience essential.
