Tetra Tech International Development Services, headquartered in Arlington, VA, is currently accepting expressions of interest from qualified WASH Performance Management Specialist candidates for the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Finance (WASH-FIN) Mozambique program.
WASH-FIN is a five-year program financed by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) implemented as a task order under the Making Cities Work Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, implemented by Tetra Tech. Its primary objectives are to close financing gaps to achieve universal access to water and sanitation and to increase the potential to reach additional beneficiaries at scale in priority countries.
The overall objective of this consulting assignment (approximately 65 days of Level of Effort) is to evaluate the current performance management framework of Mozambique’s PRONASAR (Programa Nacional de Abastecimento de Água e Saneamento Rural) program, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop technical monitoring tools to improve the management of the service level and quality provided by PRONASAR operators. The evaluation will additionally serve to identify the nature and specifics of required support to PRONASAR private operators to enable them to enhance their efficiency and enable them to improve the quality of services they provide.
