PRI Mozambique is hiring a Vendor Management Specialist, with the following features.
Responsibilities:
Respond and address in country;
Innovate e realize multiple changes, to solve the vendor needs;
Explain the payment options and process mechanism;
Make recommendations on upgrades, features, rate plans in software’s and hardware’s;
Be the link between suppliers and the IT department product;
Identify customer queries, giving them a clarifying information and see alternative solutions to give them completing transactions and forwarding requests;
Address complaints, resolve customers payment issue, determining the cause of them problem then troubleshoot with the goal of increasing satisfaction;
Sell additional services, ensure vendor education on alternative contact options and maintain a capacity to always solve every payment issues.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year in a commerce, business administration or sales;
National Diploma or equivalent qualification in sales;
Previous customer service experience required;
Product/service knowledge;
Accounts understanding;
Professional communication skills, written and verbal.
