The Leadership Business Consulting is hiring a Trainer on Regulatory and Labour Aspects in Nampula, Tete and Cabo Delgado Provinces.
The Government of Mozambique, through the Ministry of Economy and Finance and with the support of the World Bank, is implementing the Economic Linkages for Diversification Project, with the aim of strengthening the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through economic linkages.
For the implementation of the project, Lattanzio KIBS was hired to organize and deliver the skills training services to 1,000 firms on – inter alia – regulatory and labour aspects.
On this purpose, Lattanzio KIBS is building a team of 18 trainers and 4 business advisors and coaches who will undertake training, business advisory and coaching services for the target MSMEs in the provinces of Cabo Delgado, Nampula and Tete.
Interested professionals are invited to submit their expressions of interest, observing the criteria detailed in the following points.
The trainer will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive training module on regulatory and labour aspects relevant to SMEs in Mozambique. The module includes topics such as understanding and navigating the local commercial code, labour law compliance, and the legal steps for licensing businesses.
