PATH is an international organization that drives transformative innovation to save lives and improve health, especially among women and children. We accelerate innovation across five platforms—vaccines, drugs, diagnostics, devices, and system and service innovations—that harness our entrepreneurial insight, scientific and public health expertise, and passion for health equity. By mobilizing partners around the world, we take innovation to scale, working alongside countries primarily in Africa and Asia to tackle their greatest health needs. Together, we deliver measurable results that disrupt the cycle of poor health.
PATH’s work in Mozambique focuses on improving the health, nutrition, and development of the youngest vulnerable children 0–3 years and their caregivers. We build the capacity of both governmental and nongovernmental partners to ensure that children and their caregivers receive a holistic package of services. With funding from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, PATH is currently implementing a public-private partnership (PPP) for an Early Childhood Development (ECD) project in eight districts of Maputo province.
We are looking for a temporary M&E Associate who will support PATH projects in the province through working directly with the Health Facilities, with the SDSMAS and with other government and non- government organizations of the various districts of Maputo Province during a period of 6 months.
