Technical Director Full-Time

P.R.I is recruiting a Technical Director to work in Maputo.

Job description

• Manage and identify business requirements and liaise with internal systems group as respects the continued development.
• Strong leader of people
  Ability to create compelling vision, demonstrate flexibility in approach, and motivate others to achieve desired results;
  
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and make things happen without having to own all the resources and leverages shared resources to achieve results.
• Manage and identify business requirements and liaise with internal systems group as respects the continued development of Vault.
• Implementation of procedures for new systems
• Analyze investment, evaluations and reports       
• Create or improve assessment, management and maintenance techniques     
• Contact with customers (negotiations)
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar
  functions
• Superior academic training in business management or equivalent
• Experience in team management
• Production and subscription techniques
• Portuguese and English proficiency
