Cowater International is recruiting a Team Leader for Component 1C of the Word Bank / Government of Mozambique “Local and Urban Development Project” (PDUL) to provide Technical Assistance (TA) for urban basic services and infrastructure to selected municipalities and provincial governments in Zambézia, Gaza, Niassa and Sofala for an initial period of two years. The TA aims to improve the institutional capacity of sub-national levels of government in key functions of urban development and management. In this regard, the TA will improve the know-how of municipalities (directors, technicians, etc.) through the transfer and development of knowledge and skills required for effective municipal processes.
Professional with over fifteen (15) years of project management experience in the public sector; namely, governance infrastructure and urban development.
