VillageReach is a Ministry of Health social partner organization in strengthening the health system, and supply chain logistics services. As part of the program, this position will support the planning and execution of ICT initiatives, specifically a pilot of Open Smart Register Platform (OpenSRP), a mobile health vaccine registry application.
The System Support & Analyst (SAA) will be responsible for leading the pilot implementation of OpenSRP to register and track children receiving vaccines and vaccine consumption in Manica province. The SSA will lead requirements gathering for the pilot based on a user-centered design methodology and perform a gap analysis to identify the requirements met and unmet by OpenSRP. The SAA will also work with the development team to set up and configure the system for the pilot. The SSA will also be responsible for providing end-user training and support for the duration of the pilot, including support for monitoring and evaluation activities. SAA will report directly to the VillageReach Senior Program Manager, and will work closely with the Seattle-based Digital Solutions Team.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
VillageReach has no private offices, employees work in a shared, open environment with task and conference rooms accessible to employees for privacy and meetings. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. Due to the time zone differences between our Seattle office and our Country Offices and location of other global staff, US based staff are expected to be available for early morning meetings starting at 6am. In addition, our global HQ and Country office staff are expected to be available for late afternoon/evening meetings up to 6pm.
