Specialist: Radio Network Configuration Planning & Analytics Full-Time

Role purpose:

To perceive and Implement Network Configuration Processes, Network changes, Support and Coordinate Radio Projects with different Radio Team, manage Radio database and produce Radio (Group, Gov, Analytics and Insight) Reports, and Radio resilience assurance.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Participate on initial Radio Planning Stages and support with all required planning CM parameters;
• Support all the projects within Radio Dept. (2G/3G/4G rollout; 2G/3G/4G capacity upgrades, Micro Base Stations rollout, Cell Repeaters, Indoors systems); and coordinate config and implementation with other stakeholders (CS Core/PS-Core, PMO, TX,);
• Record, manage and update all Radio Database and Reports (internal, external-Gov, external – Group);
• Track Network changes, evolution, and trends. Evaluate and recommend on mitigation actions to avoid NE overload, unbalanced NE load; plan and ensure mobility + Location KPIs are above the threshold; and network load resilience implementation.

Provide and support the Line Manager with accurate and timely reports. Innovate and create radio analytics & insight and feed the Manager with business support Reports.

Key performance indicators:

• Support on Radio CM compilation phases, free of errors;
• Understand the risk of overlapping Changes on the Radio Network;
• Valuable insight reports to support business and contribute to accomplishment of project goals within the targeted deadlines.
