Develop and execute Welcome, educational, value, surprise and delight campaigns, Cross/up-sell of propositions, add-on’s and services for outbound and inbound channels Just for You;
Brief, deploy and optimize campaigns according to channel;
Ensure optimal targeting of customers through segmentation and information analysis;
Ensure alignment and integration of inbound and outbound campaigns;
Define CVM life cycle management activities.

Incremental Revenue;
Customer Uptake and Engagement;
Churn Reduction.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
Relationships management with internal & external servite providers/suppliers;
CVM & Analytics background;
Experience in interfacing between business and technology;
Experience with all aspects of business analysis.
Must have technical/ professional qualifications
3 years or more of experience in a Telecommunications technology space, especially in subscriber administration systems;
3-year degree or diploma in Information Systems/BSc Computer Science;
Risks: Will require working at night on campaigns and platform Launches.
