Young Africa Mozambique and Light for the World were awarded a 4 year grant by the European Union and the Austrian Development Co-operation. The project’s main objective was to promote inclusion of rural youth and those with disabilities in technical vocational education training. The project was implemented at the Young Africa Mozambique Centres: Beira and Agri-Tech Dondo.
The purpose of the evaluation is to assess the results of the project focusing on achievement of the specific objectives of the project, its outcomes and impact on the lives of youth who have been directly involved in the project activities, including the communities and on the responses of other stakeholders. Its scope must include relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability of the project.
The consultancy project should be completed in 42 calendar days.
