Tree Consulting, Lda is looking for a full-time social media and office administrative coordinator to fulfill the below:

1.Responsibilities

a.       Social Media

• Develop innovative and creative media content across social media platforms;
• Report to GM and collaborates with graphic designer and webmaster to ensure a cohesive social media identity;
• Propose creative strategy in collaboration with GM;
• Create and maintain relevant social media accounts;
• Setup daily tasks and activity for all social media outlets;
• Keep track of social media trends and competition;
• Deliver monthly reports with statistics and results for each account

B.Admin & Receptionist

• Answer and direct phone calls;
• Organize and schedule appointments;
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes;
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms;
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports;
• Develop and maintain a filing system;
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures;
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers;
• Maintain contact lists;
• Generate invoices to clients;
• Provide general support to visitors.

2. Necessary qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred;
• English – Excellent written communication skills with emphasis on proofreading and grammar excellence;
• 1-2 years’ experience in digital / social marketing;
• Exceptional attention to detail specific to data entry and reporting;
• Understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and various other social marketing platforms
• Previous experience with online performance reporting, analytics and data analysis is preferred;
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects for on time delivery
• Motivated Self Starter with a proactive nature and able to work in a very fast paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office – particularly Excel, PowerPoint;
• Active online and on mobile with intellectual curiosity about the field of digital advertising
•  Able to make creative suggestions in the interest of the organization
• On time and prepared.
