To ensure the proper installation, maintenance and repair of all water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems within the compound’s houses and shared facilities. This includes addressing leaks, clogged drains, faulty fixtures, and water pressure issues in kitchens, bathrooms, and outdoor plumbing. The assignment is also responsible for conducting routine inspections, performing preventive maintenance, and responding promptly to plumbing and other emergencies to minimize disruptions for residents. Additionally, the role requires maintaining pumping systems, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations, and coordinating with accommodation management and other maintenance staff to ensure reliable and efficient plumbing services throughout the compound.
