To develop, deliver and implement Brand strategy including Digital communication strategies. Planning and execution of all communications; Manage Marketing budget for advertising and promotional items; Competitor and Customer insights analysis
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Responsible for Brand management and corporate identity of the Vodacom brand, working closely with creative agencies , assist with new Product & Services launches and Segments Communication Strategy and Execution;
Lead the brand positioning internally and externally, including development of in-depth knowledge of customer needs and analyse trends to ensure key performance metrics are properly monitored;
Translate Brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies;
Take responsibility for ensuring that advertising and promotion efforts increase brand value without neglecting short- and long-term needs;
Manage Special Projects, Identify and Implement Policies and Procedures related to overall Marketing Portfolio.
Key performance indicators:
Ensure overall NPS leadership;
Timely launch products and services of Vodacom and update the communication platforms;
99% of Vodacom communication aligned with the business units to ensure a good customer experience and customer retention.

Demonstrate adequate experience in management and execution of promotions, research, advertising campaigns, agency (s) and media relations;
