Senior Manager HR Operations Full-Time

About the role/ Purpose of the job

The purpose of this job is to be accountable to manage, detail and execute People and Organizational effectiveness services and processes in Country, in compliance with group and regional minimum standards, leveraging HR expert services and transactional services in the respective regions, in order to drive the Country and various OME (Operating Model Entity) agendas, service the business requirements into integrated people solutions, value generation and reduce business risks.

Functional outputs

• Execute Talent services at OME and Country level, leverage expert and transactional services in the region e.g;
• Talent Deliverables;
• Recruitment and on-boarding of employees;
• Ensure the execution of diversity/localization objectives;
• Roll out OE programmers, e.g. Heartbeat/Organizational Transformation /Effectiveness  Management;
• Employee Engagement, EVP  and Wellness;
• Execute Learning services In Country and at OME level and leverage expert and transactional services in the region, e.g;
• Ensure compliance with HR guidelines and regulations;
• Ensure talent management initiatives are implemented successfully (and integrated with one another and any other HR and Business initiatives);
• Ensuring recruitment and selection approach and processes are implemented effectively and efficiently with support from (through) HRBP/C.

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree, relevant HR qualifications, GRP;
• Minimum Qualifications and Experience required;
• Required entry Years of relevant experience:
• 12 years’ experience in Human Resources;
• Track record of successful Human Resources delivery in a matrix environment;
• Sound multi-functional stakeholder management and engagement abilities
