The Action Contre La Faim is hiring a Senior General Services Officer.
Contract duration: 4 months
Receiving base: Mueda
Availability: Immediate
Special conditions: Vacancy open only to residents of the province of Cabo Delgado and Nampula
Remuneration: 82,215.00 Mtn (Gross annual Income) and 13th Month paid in December (prorata depending on the starting date)
Benefits: Health insurance including partner and children (providing certificates); 2 days per month of paid vacation
General Mission
The Senior General Services Officer is responsible for:
Mission 1: Supervise the fleet and generators management of the base
Mission 2: Ensure the administrative and physical management of the base’s vehicles and all other equipment related to the general services
Mission 3: Supervise the overall management of the base premises (Office space, Guest house, etc..)
Mission 4: Manage the computer park and the infrastructure of the base
Mission 5: Supervise the telecommunication means (internet, radio, satellite, and local)
Mission 6: Raise awareness and train the users on the equipment use and ICT/Energy means
Mission 7: Manage the General Services team
