Senior Administrative Assistant Full-Time

The Senior Administrative Assistant is an experienced professional who supports senior Managers and executives by performing a variety of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Proactively embraces and promotes the company’s values and culture, including diversity & inclusion and a healthy and safe work environment.
• Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Sr. Manager and/or other assigned leadership staff.
• Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
• Arranges travel and accommodations.
• Schedules and attends meetings, taking notes and recording minutes.
• Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
• Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
• Provide general support to visitors, develop and maintain filing systems, and create reports and presentations.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by executives and other related duties as assigned.
• Coordinates general up keep of the office.

• Workplace Cabo Delgado.
• Clean Police Clearance.
• Fit for duty.
• Portuguese language skills a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the same role is required.
