Plan the business to ensure the aligned objectives are accomplished, attract customers, supervise sales, prices, make a forecast, manage partners and commercial marketing;
Identify threats, opportunities and launch national and regional projects to the develop Sales Facilities Strategy;
Implement and monitor the growth map, the financial and performance objectives of Channel Partner, develop a solid relationship and connect new distribution opportunities with alternative channels;
Determine improvements in the regional sales system and make budget management;
Managing the team to ensure good service delivery, training, recruiting new members, determining compensation with HR, reviewing and organizing tasks periodically.
Requirements:
Minimal of 3 to 5 years in a position of trade leadership, business administration or sales marketing;
Strong financial knowledge and experience in partner channel management;
