Sales Coordinator Full-Time

Our client, a leading Consumer Electronics institution is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team in Mozambique.

Responsibilities:

Distributor In-Country Co-Ordination

• Check Customer /AR Status / Payments /Account credit limit /vs. Order proposal
• Assist getting distributor Forecasting /Distributor Order tracking / Invoice status / GSM daily update liaison with Key Account Manager (KAM)
• Run rate management
• WOS/ SMS /FMS /Target Tracking Month / Sell-In Sell-Out / P.O. / PFI’s collection and signing.
• Channel Management – Store SOH monitoring – FSM management / Channel Review /Competitor reporting

 Management Plan Alignment

• Sales Report by Account by Category updated /Action Required /Taken
• Monthly Promotion Activity Review
• New Promotion Update execution plan alignment
• Previous Months Review / Documented
• Distributor /minutes meeting to KAM action weekly
• Assist KAM with Sell-In to Distributor
• Manage Sell-out /Channel FSM /KAM
• Manage all Promotion activity in line with agreed yearly plan and liaison KAM and retail
• Manager on execution
• Process improvements KPI’s Distributor / Channel
• Preferred vendor reviews & contract updates assistance to KAM
• Reporting / Rebate assistance

 Requirements: Qualification and Skill

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Consumer Electronics market
• Strong knowledge of local market including the local distributors
• Strong Relationship with Customers and Suppliers
