Sales Clerk Full-Time

Coca-Cola Beverages Africa has an exciting vacancy of Sales Clerk at one of our Mozambique Bottlers – Chimoio Plant, leading producer of various flavors in Mozambique. The incumbent candidate will be responsible to supporting our sales department by providing administrative assistance, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel;
• Coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation.
• Assist in preparing expense reports and processing invoices.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales team members, management, and other departments.
• Handle other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by sales management
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Coordinate with other departments such as logistics and finance to ensure smooth order processing and billing.
• Perform general office duties including answering phones, photocopying, and filing.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date sales documentation, including contracts, agreements, and customer correspondence.
• Address customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales documentation and record keeping.

Skills, Experience & Education

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
