Direccione Consulting is hiring a Recruitment and Selection Technician and a Recruitment & Selection Intern who will be responsible for our end-to-end vacancies!

Direccione Consulting is a strategic Human Resources consulting firm specialized in providing Recruitment and Selection, Assessment Center, Training and Development, 360° Reference Check, and Team Building services. Our purpose is to deliver optimal solutions in talent acquisition, selection, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Advertising the vacancy on digital recruitment platforms.
• Development of vacancy advertising strategies to attract qualified profiles.
• CV screening.
• Conducting interviews
• Compilation of candidates’ CV summary
• Participation in feedback meetings with customers.
• Survey of professional references.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management and Management.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in similar activities.
• Mastery of tools – Excel, World and Power Point.
