Raw Material Clerk Full-Time

Coca-Cola Beverages Africa has an exciting vacancy of Raw Material Clerk at one of our Mozambique Bottlers – Chimoio Plant, leading producer of various flavors in. This position reports directly to the Team Leader Processing. The incumbent will be responsible to ensure the safeguarding of company assets & inventory whilst minimizing risk, fraud & losses by ensuring compliance to stock management and control processes & procedures.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Stock Control: Make sure all raw material are accounted at minimum 4 times a month (one per week); Recommend optimal warehouse layout; Preparing the system for cycle counting; GRV all raw material received within 24h; Inventory should be done counting physical and compare with system; Ensure no Mixed raw material in stores; All inventory with differences must have a clear explanation to be posted/no post without explanation; Make sure production plan is not compromised due to lack of stock of stock; Schedule or stock row material according with previously production plan agreed; Reconciliations of production and raw material must be completed within the time; Organize stores 100% according with material characterization to allow any person easy access of materials.

Administration Compliant with SHEQ and GMP Requirements: Compliance with all TCCMS requirements; Ensure compliance with 5S requirements; Preparing warehouse layout for audit.

Maintain Safety, Health and Environmental Standards: Maintain health, safety and environmental standards; Contribute to the management of Sustainable Development drivers.

Skills, Experience & Education

• Honors degree or Diploma Food Science, Food Technology or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of experience on this role or at similar positions.
• Experience in managing stocks on FMCG business it’s advantageous.
• Good process knowledge preferably in a bottling environment.
• Computer literacy.
• Proficiency on English and Portuguese language.
