PRI Mozambique is recruiting a Projects and Maintenance Manager with the following features.
Responsibilities:
Prepares, organize and Assists in the preparation annual Services and Capex Budgets in consultation with Head Agronomy Managers & National Projects & Maintenance Manager;
Assists in Maintaining Budgets/Cost controls of the Capex and Maintenance operations in all agronomy levels in the Northern Provinces;
Compiles monthly reports of operations carried out with a breakdown of the total expenses;
Assists in the implementation of annual SRP programs and Budgets and ensures all Procurements and Capex purchases are within the Budget;
Enforces strict cost controls on all repairs and maintenance;
Ensures the Procurements are the correct amounts/volume for the operation intended;
Maintain good relationships with relevant Government Officials Community leaders;
Arranges for the necessary performance interviews between supervisors and subordinates.
