The overall goal of the Compact, implemented from 2008-2013 was to reduce poverty through economic growth in the four Northern provinces of Mozambique (Niassa, Cabo Delgado, Nampula, and Zambézia). This consultancy is expected to produce an ex-post evaluation of the urban components of the Mozambique Water Supply and Sanitation Project. Cardno is seeking a Program Manager to manage the overall evaluation and ensure quality.
Duties:
Manage the overall evaluation design and implementation process, including overseeing team members, performing quality control and ensuring timely submission of deliverables
Serve as the primary point of contact for MCC and will lead communications with and develop buy-in among other relevant stakeholders
Manage the data collection firms
Qualifications:
MA/MS in relevant field (sociology or other social science, economics, public policy, statistics, etc.) or higher and a minimum of 5 years of related experience
Experience managing mixed methods research (quantitative and qualitative methods)
