Program Manager

IBTCI is seeking a Program Manager for the Millennium Challenge Corporation’s (MCC) Mozambique Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Project in the Mozambique Compact. The period of performance is expected to begin February 2018 and have a duration of 12 months. This position is contingent upon award.

• Administrative coordination and deliverables and will manage the program review, evaluation design and implementation process;
• Will provide overall team leadership and strategic guidance of evaluation activities
• Will provide overall guidance and planning during the course of the evaluation
• Responsible for ensuring high quality analysis and synthesis of evaluation products.
• Responsible for ensuring the timely submission of all deliverables and products.

• MA/MS in relevant field (sociology or other social science, economics, public policy, statistics, etc.) or higher and a minimum of 5 years of related experience;
• Experience managing mixed methods research (quantitative and qualitative methods);
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams;
• Demonstrated experience in international contexts;
• Experience evaluating WASH projects;
• English proficiency;
• Fluency in Portuguese preferred.

Minimum Requirements:
