Tasks

This Product support specialist / Administrator will be responsible for support, training and administration of the company’s product on client site.

• Provides support and training users on product.
• After sales support
• Reporting on system
• Excellent customer service and project management skills
• Technical knowledge – training will be provided on the system
• Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Great presentation skills
• previous experience in Sales/consulting
• Reporting experience

Must live in or close to Tete.

Must be willing to travel to Johannesburg for the first month to receive product training.
