Procurement Enablement Full-Time

This position is to deliver the toolbox strategy of the business, reporting and compliance audit as set forth by the Vodafone OneSCM and in line with Company goals and objectives. The incumbent is expected to work in close collaboration with the category manager.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Run Supply chain management reports (internal & external) as required by the business and to share Supply Chain Management (SCM) market intelligence with relevant category managers;
• Ensure collaboration of other division categories and other business divisions for the achievement of reporting deadlines and delivery of tools within SCM to support the business (improvement of processes, templates, and systems support);
• Provide analytical support across all SCM activities in benchmark analysis and business case development as required by line management and assist;
• Drive operational governance. e.g. compliance to procurement policy, supplier and material code creation, COEP, Contracts, etc;
• Drive the digital initiatives for Supply Chain management.

Key performance indicators:

• Actionable insights;
• Efficiency drivers implemented in the organization;
• On time and accurate reporting.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

• Excellent level of computer literacy conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint & Query languages. Experience with any major ERP system is also a requirement;
• Written and Oral Communication both in Portuguese and English is essential;
• Intimate knowledge of procurement best practice, and the ability to adapt and Implement new theories within procurement into the Company’s strategy;
• Excellent analytical skills coupled with visionary planning capabilities;
• Must be able to work in a demanding and dynamic environment.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

• Degree in Financial Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain or Commerce;
• Some accounting knowledge and financial understanding;
