The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) is the world’s largest humanitarian organization, with 190 member National Societies. The National PMER Officer’s overall task is to support the PMER functions in ensuring the quality and timely delivery of all plans/appeals/reports; and to work with Cruz Vermelha de Mozambique (CVM) and IFRC staff in Beira to improve PMER capacity so that IFRC planning, M&E and reporting standards are met.
Under the guidance of the PMER Delegate, the PMER Officer is responsible for:
