Main Purpose:
To assist maintenance supervisor in maintenance and repairs of terminal electrical system, terminal equipment and buildings as per preventative maintenance program and repairs program.
- Ensure all maintenance is performed in restrict observance of HSE regulation and company procedures;
- Ensure all maintenance is performed in such a manner to minimize interruption in the terminal operations;
- Perform regular inspection of the equipment, particularly electrical system, fire fighting system and equipments, gantry, tank farm valves, lines, tank gauging equipments and instrumentation, pump house, substation and housekeeping;
- Report all incidents to Maintenance Supervisor and complete incident report accurately and in time;
- Assist in performing emergency drill monthly and keep record of it;
- Recommend areas of improvement in the Terminal for the consideration of Management to improve the efficiency of the equipment and operation of the Terminal;
- Assist in management of practical training to Terminal operators, through on-the-job training that will result in shift supervisors and operator to being able to use terminal equipment correctly.

- Must be able to work under pressure;
- Be able to think pro-active and anticipate problems before they arise.

- External – Maintenance Contractors, CPMZ Ops Personnel, CFM- Oil Jetty Terminal, Security Company, Police and Emergency Services.
