National Project and Maintenance Manager Full-Time

Job Description:

Exciting opportunity in Mozambique, Nkhame. An international tobacco company is seeking a National Project and Maintenance Manager for the Agronomy department to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on R & M of all Agronomy facilities;
• Focus on newly planned projects including Capex and SRP;
• Implements new Capex;
• Implements New SRP projects;
• Manages and controls operations of these operations as and when approved by MD.

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

• Agricultural Tertiary Qualification;
• Trade Qualification;
• Written and verbal proficiency in English;
• Portuguese speaking would be an added advantage;
• 10 years’ experience with managing a team;
• Repairs and maintenance experience.
