National Health and Safety Manager Full-Time

Introduction:

Our client, a security services provider who provides Safety Health, Environment and Quality assurance process, seeks the services of a manager who will be focusing on implementing Group, Regional and National strategy to embed a zero-harm culture and continuous improvement on quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and review the Quality, Management System (QMS);
• Plan and manage internal quality audit process;
• Manage ISO certification process;
• Implement and manage SHE for company nationally;
• Drive, embed and improve on Health and Safety culture within;
• Manage the budget/expenses;
• Staff Management and development;
• Health and Safety.

Desired qualification and Requirements:

• Relevant Quality assurance qualification or equivalent;
• NEBOSH or equivalent qualification;
• Procurement Qualification;
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in SHE and Quality Assurance;
• Experience of operations in the security industry would be an advantage;
• Knowledge of MS Office;
• Conducting Quality, Health, Safety and Environment audits;
• Ability to do Hazard Identification and Risk assessments;
• Awareness of the market environment;
• Collaborating and cooperating;
• Understanding the organisation’s goals and objectives;
• Dealing with changing circumstances;
• Attention to detail.
