Maintains customer contacts for the purpose of assessing local needs and service quality. Works closely with business development and technical professionals to develop local service pricing strategies. Utilizes human and business capital in a manner that maximizes efficiency. Analyzes the PSL service delivery processes for the purpose of identifying and eliminating weaknesses and implementing improvement ideas. Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree and a minimum of ten years of progressive experience in stockpoint services.
