Monitory and Evaluation Consultant Full-Time

Description:

• Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation plan, according to project indicators;
• Make periodic visits, gather information to evaluate the progress;
• Elaborate database and quarterly reports on developments;
• Collaborate with the expert in monitoring and evaluation, in the implementation of internal studies;
• Disseminate project information to all actors in the chains;Participate in meetings to manage activities, lessons learned and reflections;
• Organize meetings of the end of the project with actors from the chain for learning and reflection for future projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in community development or related areas;
• 2 years of experience as a project consultant in NGO’s;
• Express compression of the terms of reference;
• Propose an approach and a broad outline of methods to be employed;
• Provide daily consulting fee and overall;
• Consultant competence and experience;
• English Proficiency.
