ELIM is looking to hire a M&E Officer to join our Technical Team. The Technical Projects Team is responsible for the design of research projects across various areas/sectors, project implementation and management of project activities from contracting to report delivery. Our technical experts engage in-office and field-based activities, from designing and rolling out complex surveys for qualitative and quantitative data collection to utilising statistical packages to analyse large data sets and interpret them to generate insightful reports on findings and recommendations.
The M&E Officer will lead the Technical Team’s Evaluation Advisory practice working alongside our Research Management practice to design and implement surveys for performance and impact evaluations of donor-funded interventions and map out monitoring plans for internal programmes as part of the organisation’s ongoing data collection and circular learning.
