In Mozambique, through the cooperation portfolio 2023-2028, Enabel aims at supporting the country in achieving its low carbon, just and inclusive development pathway and energy transition by fostering a multi-stakeholder integrated approach based on local needs, national priorities, and global trends. Climate is the underpinning theme in the portfolio with a focus on 3 public services (water, waste, energy) as well as fostering the dialogue on energy transition and working on losses and damages. In view of future needs for further development of its activities, Enabel is currently looking for 2 x (m/f/x) Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officers, to be based in Maputo, Mozambique.
The MEL Officer will be responsible for:
Guaranteeing the existence, quality, reliability and adaptation of the results monitoring and learning system at the level of each intervention /portfolio.
Ensuring that the interventions /portfolios have relevant information about results and use it for decision-making, learning and rendering accounts of results achieved against the fixed objectives.
