Mine Technicians Full-Time

Overview

PRI Mozambique is hiring Mine Technicians

Duties:

• Trace daily, weekly and monthly production metrics;
• Analyze and make recommendations on ways to improve mine operating performance;
• Work cooperatively with the team to implement best practices and continuous improvement;
• Demonstrate awareness and commitment to health, community and environmental protection;
• Coordinate and plan with the supervisor and the engineers, the operations;
• Calculate the air volume of the mines and test the it to know if there is no gas pollution;
• List the various types of rocks in different locals of the mine;
• Ensure that the mine safety rules are strictly followed.

Requirements:

• Age between 18 and 35 years;
• Technical-professional level as a Mining Technician;
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in mining;
• Knowledge of work in similar environments;
• Have anemic capacity in mining field;
• Knowledge of maps elaboration.
