Counterpart International is currently seeking an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer for a 5-year USDA McGovern-Dole Food for Education and Child Nutrition Program which aims to reduce hunger and improve literacy and nutrition among school-age students, especially girls, in Maputo Province Mozambique.
The MEL Officer will support and assist on all aspects of the MEL systems for the project. They will support development, implementation, and updates to the MEL plan throughout the life of the program, taking into consideration the complex and shifting environment. The MEL Officer will progressively be implementing and updating the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Framework (MELF), systematizing results frameworks for greater consistency, to allow efficient tracking of program results to inform reflection processes and compliance with reporting requirements.
