Premier Human Capital Corporation is recruiting for its client, a Mechanical Engineer to be based in Matola City.

Uptime of all plant & machinery in the Factory encompassing all equipment and structures covering mechanical fixtures;
To ensure uptime of plant and machinery and uninterrupted availability;
Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance Schedule;
To plan optimum inventory levels of spare parts;
To ensure compliance to budgeted expenses;
To ensure proper functioning of safety related equipment across the facility;
To periodically review performance of Technicians with the objective of improving performance and building greater result orientation;
To train and develop Technicians for improved performance and for succession by activating an agreed upon career plan in collaboration with Unit HR;
To implement ERP in mechanical related activities.
