To manage the function of maintenance for all company assets and infrastructure across the business
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting: compile and maintain reports on completed/outstanding tasks and maintenance staff
Maintenance to all stores & equipment (i.e. day-day maintenance; weekly, monthly & quarterly inspections)
Visit stores within region to monitor and proactively determine maintenance needs
Ensure the maintenance of all assets and equipment in the region, which include but is not limited to generators, electrical-; and electronic equipment
Manage and coordinate the installation of fixtures and fittings (F&F) within the region
Training & development of junior staff
Health and safety: complete duties/tasks within standards, measure and monitor compliance
JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12 or equivalent
A strong technical maintenance background and/or technical qualification
3 to 5 years’ experience in a role that involves general maintenance, repairs & problem solving.
Computer literate (MS Office)
Language: Portuguese & English (fluent speak and write)
