Orient all areas of the company in the legal area, to ensure that the procedures adopted comply with the legal precepts in force;
Monitor administrative and judicial processes while safeguarding the interests of the company;
Coordinate the work of the external legal advisor’s office, giving all necessary guidance, check and approve the detail of the monthly invoicing;
Analyze all types of contracts signed by the company and evaluate the risks involved, guarantee a situation of legal certainty in all negotiations and contracts signed;
Write correspondence that involves relevant legal aspects and ensure the maintenance and management of the administrative-legal file of the company;
Manage all the legal documentation inherent to the corporate statutes and ensure the control of the issuance and validity of the most diverse licenses necessary for the continuation of the company’s activity;
Manage the employees and follow all the processes of labor nature in the level of the disciplinary action, mediation and litigation
Requirements:
Academic training at the level of higher education in Law (Mandatory field);
Registration with the Bar Association and / or IPAJ;
Minimum professional experience of 5 years in similar functions (Mandatory);
Verbal and written proficiency, preferably in Portuguese and English (Mandatory);
