Maputo based, Head of Real Estate Consulting required for division of established organization.
Our client has earned their reputation as the leading Real Estate Consulting organization in Mozambique and are approaching 20 years since their inception. They have an excellent track record in Maputo and are regulated by RICS and are therefore the trusted service provider for major players in the industry. They are currently looking to appoint a head of their Real Estate Consulting division. You will essentially be the General Manager for this division and oversee 15 staff members. Strong financial modelling skills are needed as you will be overseeing: valuations, feasibilities, market studies and research. The ideal candidate would be a Maputo local, fluent in Portuguese with English as a second language who can upskill the local staff. Ideally the individual should hold a RICS qualification or similar real estate focused degree.
