Laboratory Technician Full-Time
PRI Mozambique is recruiting a Laboratory Technician
Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out laboratory analyzes of raw materials and monitor quality according to the indicator parameters;
- Monitor the control of the weights of the finished products and verify the quality aspects of the packages containing the finished products;
- Comply with the work plan and routine of the laboratory analyzes established for each sample according to the technical specifications and ensure the correct application of the defined test methods;
- Ensure the archive of the documentation produced by the laboratory and issue daily reports regarding the quality of the samples analyzed;
- Keep track of processes related to the traceability of products that go to customers;
- Periodically read the standards of analytical equipment, according to the quality management program and report all nonconformities;
- Ensure compliance with the Integrated System’s procedures for managing its responsibility;
- Regular collection of samples, sample reception / registration, cleaning, homogenization and division.
Requirements:
- Academic qualifications at the level of the Medium Technical Education;
- Minimum experience of 5 years in the Agroindustrial sector;
- Knowledge and mastery of baking processes;
- Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English.
