Our client provides installation and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructures and is looking for a vibrant and dynamic person to effectively manage assigned accounts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Develop sales opportunities, generate profitable revenue with assigned Key Accounts with respect to ongoing project and projected projects;
- Ensure there is a relationship forged with every level that plays a role in the decision-making;
- Identify overall business potential and be responsible for establishing the solution;
- Provide excellent customer support interaction with the ability to provide information in response to inquiries about services and solutions;
- Establish day-to-day improvement of the value proposition to increase the satisfaction levels.
Minimum requirements
- Degree in Computer Science (IT, Telecoms) or a related Business Degree;
- 3 Years of experience in Account Management;
- Speak English Fluently with strong writing skills in English and Portuguese
Skills and knowledge
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
- High capability of handling high-level conference executives;
- Client Relationship experience within a technical context;
- Telecom industry experience is a plus.
