Key Account Manager Full-Time

The Site Manager will be responsible for Managing the Vale contract and develop new business.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all staff on and off site;
• Manage, Coordinate and execute the agreed scope of work as per schedule A of the Contract. (Note the penalty Clause);
• Manage, Coordinate and Execute all tasks as per Schedule C – Environmental analysis;
• Ensure all Staff and visitors follow the baseline risk assessment as per Schedule D – Work Analysis;
• Ensure all Staff and visitors adhere and are familiar with the Suppliers Code of Conduct – Schedule F;
• Ensure all Staff and Visitors comply with Health and Safety requirements as required by Vale;
• Ensure all Staff and Visitors comply with Critical Activity Requirements as per the Schedule G;
• Ensure all staff and Visitors adhere to Vale`s HR Policy as per Schedule H;
• Adopt and promote Vale`s Sustainability Policy as per Schedule I;
• Maintain and improve safety requirements;
• Maintain site compliance of all Employees, Vehicles and Equipment;
• Maintain a professional appearance of our employees, offices, Vehicles and Stores;
• Ensure monthly Safety and Environmental measurements are up to date and submitted on time;
• Ensure Monthly Service Measurements are captured on time and submitted;
• Ensure Monthly Parts Measurements are captured on time and submitted;
• Ensure all monthly invoicing is done timeously;
• Ensure Monthly Stock takes are done, and replenishment items are on order;
• Manage all Vehicles and Related Expenses;
• Monthly, Weekly and Daily reports as directed by COMPANY and Vale;
• Attend all meetings as indicated by Vale;
• Create business proposals for new and existing opportunities;
• Play a fundamental role in setting up new businesses, take responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new customers;
• Give up-to-date information relating to customer activities;
• Serve as an agent in the company with a view to achieving budgeted sales within the target areas;
• Establish a relationship with Vale and other clients and provide a high standard of customer service continually;
• Developing trust relationships with Vale and other Clients to ensure they do not turn to the competition;
• Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements;
• Expanding the relationship with Vale by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives;
• Prepare regular reports of programs and forecasts to internal and external shareholders;
• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to the customer in a timely manner;
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust;
• Play an intricate part in generating new sales that will turn into long lasting relationships;
• Maintaining your targets on a monthly basis with a 25% growth yearly on your portfolio.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school Diploma or GED + Associated Degree;
• 3-5 years’ work experience in contracts management, relationship management, business development, and marketing is required;
• Technical experience on the GE CAS system is essential;
• Driver’s License.
