PRI Mozambique is recruitint IT Service Technician with the features bellow.
Responsibilities:
Analyze system records and identify potential problems with computer systems and apply updates of operating systems;
Install, configure hardware and software, and document system configuration;
Add, remove, update information from a user account and answer technical questions;
Maintain and support all security and back up procedures, update and support all assets, software base and technical solutions;
Diagnose failures and report on hardware and operating system;
Investigate and coordinate the resolution of potential and current service problems and advise on the correct and efficient use of the software systemOrganize deliveries and stock management – keep track of the stock level of all internal products.
Requirements:
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering;
At least 1 year of experience;
Experience in Windows server administration and related services (Active Directory, DNS, IIS, MSSQL);
Experience in networking and troubleshooting (TCP / IP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls, LAN / WAN);
Experience with MS SQL Server and work with data warehouses and / or operational databases to collect information;
Experience in the Integration System, IT Infrastructures & Customer support in the provision of services.
Computer skills, numeracy and willingness to learn new skills;
