Heading Moz is searching for an IT Assistant (M/F) for a client in the FMCG sector.
Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop support to computer users;
- Manage the help desk by handling incoming calls and emails issues related to IT;
- Maintain, monitor the backup operations and ensure that tape backups are done properly;
- Check and verify that the antivirus software are being updated and running according to company policies;
- Setting up new or replacement computers;
- Installation and deployment of software’s;
- Ensure that PC or network security issues are reported and dealt with in time;
- Will be responsible to configure routers, switches, print servers and assess network performance;
- Responsible to produce monthly report eg printing costs, call cost and asset tracking;
- Evaluating new technologies and developing contingency plan for network failure;
- Will be responsible to maintain a VOIP network, Firewall reports and video conferencing;
- Contribute to departmental IT projectsMonitoring of IT stationary across the country, continuous paper, tonners and IT related spares;
- It maybe require to travel to the sites;
- Assists in end of Month procedures
Requirements:
- CompTIA Network + Certification or Cisco CCENT/CCNA;
- From 2 to 5 years of experience;
- Knowledge of English.
