The Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) is searching for an Intern, CPSP to support the delivery of the projects under the Catalysing Private Sector Participation (CPSP) portfolio.
GAIN is a Swiss-based foundation launched at the UN in 2002 to tackle the human suffering caused by malnutrition. Working with both governments and businesses, we aim to transform food systems so that they deliver more nutritious food for all people. In particular, we aim to make healthier food choices more desirable, more available, and more affordable. GAIN’s mission is to advance nutrition outcomes by improving consumption of nutritious and safe food for all people, especially those most vulnerable to malnutrition.
The Intern will support the timely delivery and implementation of the projects and activities under the CPSP Portfolio and provide general support to the GAIN Office located in Maputo. Specific responsibilities include;
Candidates for this position should possess strong organisational skills, show initiative and prioritise their workload. Candidates for this position should also be able to develop implementation plans and associated budgets and results frameworks with a commitment to quality and accuracy with close attention to details.
