The Mota-Engil is hiring a Human Resources Manager – Project.
Description
Coordinating the execution of the activities underlying the Human Resources area, in order to guarantee the achievement of the area’s objectives and the response to the project’s human resources needs;
Collaborating in the preparation of internal procedures applicable to the Human Resources area aimed at the efficient operation of the processes underlying it;
Assisting in the reporting and monitoring of the area’s activities, in order to provide, on the one hand, timely, rigorous and reliable information to support analysis and decision-making, and on the other, in the identification and implementation of improvement actions;
Providing support in the coordination and execution of HR and administrative/legal development processes, with a view to promoting an efficient response to people’s needs for progression and growth, as well as contributing to meeting deadlines and labour requirements;
Promoting the transversal management of recruitment, hiring, salary processing and logistics (transporting employees to and from the site).
Job Requirements and Skills Profile
Higher education in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management or similar;
3/5 years in the Human Resources area;
At least 5 years’ professional experience in a similar role;
