Carlcare Service Limited Mozambique is looking for Human Resource Officer/Administrative officer
The Human Resources & Administrative Officer will maintain and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. In addition, S/he will provide executive assistance to all Line managers.

Candidate must be instrumental in the below Key Performance Areas:

• Manpower Planning;
• Staff Recruitment;
• Training and Development;
• Payroll Management;
• Compensation;
• Industrial Relations;
• Staff Welfare;
• Office Administration;
• Reports Generating;
• Records Management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or related;
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role;
• Good oral and written communications with the ability to initiate and draft correspondence;
• English language fluency required;
• Well Knowledgeable about Labor Laws or employment Acts of Mozambique;
• Member of Human Resource Body.
