Handle all HR Services:
IR, Recruitment and Selection of Seasonal workers, Inductions;Provides general personnel service in the Factory, Support the local managers in all HR & Administration business requirements. Handles most day-to-day activities and solve problems independently. Recognizes the potential for significant precedents and refers these issues to the HR Manager. Investigates and resolves day-to-day employee relations problems, either directly or through advice to middle line management. Effective management of Local payroll, INSS, UNION, production incentive, Drive engagement planned initiatives throughout the year; support EHS/CR&S initiatives; facilitate and drive the internal communication.
